Indonesia or Venezuela. Countries that are in the center of the world never have seasons, and you can go inside the same country to different weather and you chose yourself what weather you want to handle.

Duluth, MN is nice beacause in the Summer, it is nice and Warm and in the winter you get to through snowballs at your little brother for example. Or make out in the snow.
