What do you think about the computer hackers getting into the State Dept?

Shouldnt the US Govt be able to keep these people out? Shouldnt we have the best computer security in the world?

I think that these kids that are making the viruses and haking into the gov. site. They should be prasied not punished. These are geniouses. They can do what 99.9% of us can and will never do. They are the ones that can make the US gov have that secure computer, network etc
