Okay, so I answer my land line phone...."Hello?" (I am registered on no-call list) I reallized it was a telemarketer when I hear silence followed by an automated voice. So I wait to see what to do next...Press 1 to talk to someone. So I did, so I could make them aware they were contacting me and I am on the list. When the guy came on I said, "I just got a phone call from the automated service, are you aware I am on the no-call list." He responds, "I swear to F'ing God if you ever F'ing call here again, I will file harrassment charges!" and hung up. I have the number and a name, but when I call the # it is automated with voice saying that they will try to contact me again. Is there a way to report this obscene jerk, or should I let it go?

I am the leader of a team of 5 MBA students in a Management class at a major University in San Francisco. We have been assigned a project. This project can take any form, all that is required is that the project deals with management. Does anybody have a REALLY good idea? All avenues are open. The sky is the limit. An example is one person suggested writing a play, and that could potentially work.

We are evaluating at least 10 possible project choices. I am posting this question on Yahoo! Answers so that you can be a part of our virtual team. The two best answers are going to be included as candidates for consideration and ultimately end up in our paper (with your Yahoo! screenname listed in the References Page, of course!).

How should we avoid paying too much tax , shld my mom sell the property before she pass or wait after she pass. It's under revocable trust and property had been paid off. What other means to avoid paying too much capital gain or me having to pay inheritance tax.

...do I have to do some thing about it.
Its me and 4 others in the house. He ususaly comes by on the first and he is no where to be seen.
Is there anything I need to do legaly to protect us from litigation?
Our theories include his death or him leaving to IRAN...were not sure...he wont pickup his phone and we have no adress.

I have slight stutter when I talk, if I am exicted I talk really fast. The 1st time a new manger saw this she thought I was drunk. She told other manager about this, but never talked to me about it. I find out about it was nervous to goto work. Then few days go she thought was drunk and called the cops. I took a breathalyzer and passed. I feel like this is harassment for no reason. This manager is really new and really does not know what is going on.

And please don't tell me Office Depot, Office Max, Fry's, Best Buy,Target, etc. Been there, done that. I imagine that there must be an independent furniture store somewhere that carries this type of item, or at least can special order out of a catalogue. I am looking for something that is tall, but narrow, like computer table with a hutch or shelves above the monitor area no more than 35" wide.
