I kind of doubt that you can, because client info. is privileged, just like hospital or prison info. You might try sending him a letter c/o Delancy Street, but I don't know what their rules are about that.

You will find that programs like that are very confidential in nature and for many, even if a police officer went there to inquire about the same thing, he may be legally refused.

I do not know about contact but Delancy Street is hands down one of the best programs out there. If your friend is active in the program, he is likely doing better than he has in a l o n g time.
