I have slight stutter when I talk, if I am exicted I talk really fast. The 1st time a new manger saw this she thought I was drunk. She told other manager about this, but never talked to me about it. I find out about it was nervous to goto work. Then few days go she thought was drunk and called the cops. I took a breathalyzer and passed. I feel like this is harassment for no reason. This manager is really new and really does not know what is going on.

fr_chuck thats what happened, maybe because I drive a forklift thats why they came. The bought in the mobile test into to the office. It seemed the officers knew the lp manager. This is part time job while i goto school so I am not really worried about losing the job. I just didn't like how they didn't keep it the down low. It seemed like everyone in store knew, now everyone thinks I am a drunk.

Start looking for a new job right now. Then quit the current one. I've been accused of that before, pulled aside by a manager, and had to explain I have symptoms of MS. (Which is true) I still quit that job because they were hovering over me, watching me like a hawk. I was demoted to a dishwasher. You don't need that crap.
Next job, be upfront and say you stutter and hope it doesn't hinder your performance for the company.

Something to think about. First though, do you care about being employed in this company? Only reason I'm asking is in case you decide to sue them and they try to make life hard on you. Of course you can always sue the manager alone for slander. Talk to a lawyer to find out your options.

Let me see, they called the police, for your possible drinking at work, and gave you a breathalzer test ??

Not in any state where I worked in law enforcement, police have to have a criminal charge to arrest you for and to take you into the police station for a breatalyzer test.

If a private company beleives you are drinking or on drugs they send you for a blood test.

So your story does not meet any of the legal requirements I have seen in several US states
