I recently worked for a non profit locally and placed in position of authority, given a crew of young men with little experience. The customer(S) needed huge amounts products and therefore I was pushed and challenged my crew. These young men did an outstanding job, however my supervisor deny me training and access to materials and equipment by stalling me out. I had to improvise as much as possible and got the job done, they bosses were happy for the money we made but continued added pressure for other services that initially were not mentioned and continued to deny me valuable training and access. I tried to transfer and not even given the consideration of moving on within the company.Later I was told that," the only reason I had been placed in that position was because I was expected to fail"
