Yes it is true, which bites because there are alot of people who put their Christmas presents on layaway, including me sometimes.

Yes, after Nov. 19. All Layawys have to be out by Dec. 8.
Nobody really uses layaways anymore, except during the holidays.

i grow to be disillusioned that they did away with Lay Away too. Now the only place to bypass would be ok Mart. Being that money is tight in our companion and infants, we had to do a sprint bit our Christmas procuring at ok Mart, considering the fact that i don't prefer to get a Wal-mart card and pay the activity.

It is true. They are offering no-interest for 90 day credit cards instead. K-Mart will still be offering layaway if you prefer to use it.
