What was the name of toys-r-us, before It changed to this name, all I remember was a picture of a face wearing a red-white & blue tophat, smiling with huge teeth (sign on building) and something about laughing, and anyone know what year this was?

I won't be recycling it myself, I just need a relative value if it were scrapped and recycled. It is a stadard size, very heavy, probably cast iron (it appears to be an antique).

I would like to use it to trade or barter for a nicer armoire/wardrobe on craigslist or bartercycle, and want to know if it is a fair trade.

This would be in the greater Pittsburgh area, if geography matters.

I was looking into starting a money market account at Zions Bank, because their rates are so good. However, since I don't live in Salt Lake City, I would like some confirmation of who they are before just sending money over the internet.

Is walmart the next generation of slavery? Lots of people work for them. But how inadequatley do they get paid, or even have adequatley benefits? What can be done to change their behaviors towards their employee's? I m not a Walmart employee, but I feel for my co-citizens who do work these jobs.

I had my tires rotated at the Sears in St.Paul, MN. I had a large amount of cash in my vehicle needless to say, I thought it would be safe in my LOCKED CONSOLE. Well, I gave my keys to a thief. No, he didn't take it all - just $750 of it and was sneaky enough not to get caught on their "video cameras" and to take just enough out of the 3 envelopes so it wasn't noticable at first sight. Before you give your keys away at the next service station - especially SEARS, remember to haul with you ALL your personal belongings. Because if you get something stolen out of your vehicle while you so trusting gave them your keys - "THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT", this is a quote from Judy the manager. I will never trust SEARS with anymore purchases of mine - EVER!
