I have a customer who will not pay for the service and run away. I dragged him back into the store and demand the money. Customer fight with me and pulled my glasses off my face. I hold the customer's neck against the wall so the customer cannot run away. Everything was over and the customer called the police to press charges that I assault him. What is the legal status.

I moved to mn. 4 years ago, and have had a hard time finding a job. I finally found one that was a temp to hire, i didnt like it. they told me i wasnt catching on fast enough for them. then two months ago i got the job i have now. i like it,the owner told me today that Im going to slow.I lived in wis before, never had this much problem. I worked 9 yrs at 1 job and 5 yrs at another. that is when i moved to mn. Im 56 yrs old. another phrase i have heard here alot is "no experience. Im really depressed. I need a job. this job im at now is only 9.50 an hour. I had planned on staying at it for a year and then finding something else. they saw my resume on the internet and called me. Im really getting discouaged. whats wrong with me? the owner talked with the people i worked with (2.) i made a mistake, he is thinking of firing me.
