Forget the BBB because they do nothing but hide complaints.You don't note the nature of your complaint or where you live.A consumer complaint is best addressed by your states Attorney Generals office(do a search for your state on the web) and the FTC

If it's something that you paid for on a credit card you can dispute the charges with your credit card customer service.Barring any of that working go to ripoffreport.com and file a report.You'll be further instructed as to what to do.

Lowes in russe and Conway Arkansas is a waste of time can't get waited on spent 45 minutes never got waited on will b going to Home Depot from now on

Don't bother talking to Lowe's, like most companies, they just don't care. Also, most of their management personnel are not the sharpest tools in the shed (if you know what I mean).
