Alright, this is probably not the brightest question but I need to know before leaving the house...I have a letter/package that will probably end up being about 7-8 sheets that I need to send from Texas to Bangalore...how many stamps? Is the address supposed to say somewhere in it the word 'India'? Since it's international, does it HAVE to go to the post office or can it just be stuck in the slot next to any mailbox? About how much should it cost?...PLZ help me figure this out...even though I'm a bit ignorant, this means a LOT to me and the person I'm sending it to so I need it sent out ASAP...

It was a former boss, he quit his job and moved out of his house and he still owes me 1500 dollars for a loan for a house downpayment. I had the foresight to get it all in writing, but the small claims court wont let me file until i have an address and a social security number which i dont have.
