they have nice condos in downtown but are really expensive

Mandarin, Orange Park, and Duval County are really nice places. Choose an area that you like the best, there are lots more that are really nice so its your decision.

anything in the julington creek area....if you want to stay just south of jax more into the country but still very close to shopping..you could try flemming island
