What is the first step you think I should do in order to start like a freight Agent? I have a little more than a year experience in the logistic/transportation business. Is a good business I mean can you make a live out of it?

It's an old church building with basement. Cracks in basement walls and sanctuary walls. We don't know what kind of engineer to hire for an assessment, or have any idea how much that would cost.

I have been selling on eBay for a few months (books), but I feel like the category is so flooded, no one can see my really good stuff. i compare it to other stuff that is flying out the door and I wonder if there is something else I can do without raising my overhead a lot.
