I ordered two books from Amazon.com and it's been two or three (or four) months now. Does it usually take this long?
Should I cancel the order?

My order date was May 9,2006. Yesterday's date was August 8. I've cancelled the order. Thank you for your answers.

I've ordered from Amazon dozens of times and have never had a problem. They notify you by email at every step, including when they ship the items. They always give you an order number that you can use to track the status of your order.

You need to go to their website and check the status of your order. If it hasn't shipped, you can cancel it. I've only done that once, but it was no hassle at all.

It shouldn't take this long, if you want, u can cancel the order. There must be some delay that's preventing it from reaching you. Have u tried calling?
