First I thought it had to do with usage, but even if the last water used for the day is hot, those pipes will freeze before the cold water......and now my friends are seeing the same thing.....

I live in central NC, I have red clay in my yard and have had a hard time getting grass to grow. Any recommendations??

With my existing colour scheme of white with lots of red, it's quite cosy at night. but it never gets sunlight so tends to be a bit dull by day.
The units will be a mid-brown sort of oak colour.
