Ok so I started earlier this month (dec 9th), and on this coming Wednesday, I will start my "white/nonactive" pills. When will i get my period?

I have PCOS and the doc wants me to have ovarian driling and have the coil fitted while he's at it.
how long can i expect to be in pain for?
how effective is it?
will i be put on drugs for my PCOS aswell?

Also i have read that having PCOS increases my risk of having a heart attach and other horrible things, this scares me alot, is it true - i'm only 25 and in normal weight range.

Is it possible to be pregnant when your on Birth Control? I've been on birth control for 2 months almost and haven't been feeling that great for the past few days.My body feels different I don't know how to explain it. My lower back hurts? I'm not sure I have a doctors appt. in the next few days for my gardisal shot. But I don't know whats going on.So my question is Can you be pregnant while on Birth Control?

so about a yr or 2 ago i started having very irregular periods, one every 6 mths or more ! ive been to the dr and was told to come in for a pap-smear and blood tests! im afraid to go bk to the doctor for fear that they may say that i cant have kids any advice ?

They are so sensitive and even hurt around the nipple area. Im only 15, and havent been pregnant or even had sex. Is it normal?

For over 8 years, Mum has periodic bleeding lasting up to 7 days at a time. She had a hysterectomy about 35 years ago. To try to find answers, she's been to numerous gynocologists, has had x-rays, ultrasounds, colonoscopies etc. She's recently had haemorrhoids removed, but still bleeds every few weeks. At her age it is particularly distressing and unpleasant and leaves her very weak. It seems doctors give up when what they try doesn't work.

Has anyone heard of this before? Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be causing the bleeding and/or what could be done about it?

I have a spot on my groin which is very painful, I only noticed it yesterday. I do shave down there but I didn't think I had shaved in the area where the spot is. It does not look like the ingrown hairs I have had before, and I can not see a hair inside, but I can not think of any other possible cause.
I do not want to touch it as it may get infected if it is not already, if it is an ingrown hair is it ok to leave, may it eventually come to the surface it's self, or will it just get worse?Thanks in advance

when is my ovalution period if my cylcles are in 40-45 days intervals?my periods were on 18th nov.
i have tesed twice.but got -ve result.

I have been on Femcon for about six months and have always had regular periods. Last month my period was really light and this month it came heavily five days early and it was brown. Could this be just from built up old blood or from major stress lately? I had an ovarian cyst last year that ruptured and i'm worried it could be something serious. I don't think its anything like pregnancy because I at least have a period. I just have been getting dizzy a lot and had headaches a lot. Thanks for any help to stop my worrying :)

My girlfriend (39 years old) has been diagnosed with Fibroids she does not want to have her uterus removed and is not sure about having more kids the doctor said that UFE was the only solution but my mom had the same thing and our doctor gave her a different treatment that did not require the removal of her uterus. I need to know what would be the best choice of action and any other information on this process please help.

Me and my fiance have been having unprotected sex but never came in me! Always stopped before he was about to go but of course always that chance of pregnancy! Me and my b/f had sex about a month ago. we never use protection he just withdraws. At the same time i began to take birthcontrol. I had a period but it was almost 3 weeks long. For about 3 weeks i have been sick as a dog. feeling like vomiting and i have a few times, headaches, feeling bloated, not wanting to eat but have been hungry and i have been grouchy, i have just felt bad. i feel like i have gained a little weight too. please help. is it birth control or pregnancy?

I've been on Ortho Tri-Cyclen for over three years now, and for the last few months I've been having some side-effects which I know can sometimes happen even after being on the same pill for a long time. My breasts get sore around day 10 every month, I've had a decreased sex drive... things like that. So I'm thinking about switching pills, eventhough I've been mostly happy with OTC for over three years. I just wondered if anyone else had similar experiences after being on the same pill for so long, and if anyone has suggestions about what to switch to. I've been looking into monophasics, I'm thinking about Ortho 0.5/35....

A few months ago, I decided to get off of my birth control pill. While I was on the pill I had regular periods and they were a normal flow. Now that I am off the pill. My periods are so light that I dont even have to wear a tampon. The first month off of the pill I had a heavy flow but now they are so little. My question is, is that is this normal. Is it ok to have such light periods. And my periods are still regular. Have never skipped any and they come at the same time.
