im asking on the behalf of my sis...
is there kind of test to know that u need a cup bra
if there is one plzz tell me what it is .. :)

i mean there's two kinds of bras ..
one with cotton only
and one with like a spong in it
^^ she already wears a bra..the only cotton one..she wants to know when she should wear the one with the sponge

To find out what size cup she needs for a bra she is best going to a good department store and getting a sales assistant to help. If she is too embarrased for that she could take bunch of different ones from the racks and try them on to see what is the most comfortable.

Cup sizes start from an A size (the tiny ones to DD for really big ones) A bra should be a firm fit without leaving a red mark where the strap (under the breast) is.

To find a good bra you can take her to one of the department stores to have a bra fitter help her find the right fitting bra. The service is free. (A bra fitter is a lady that specializes in helping ladies find the right fitting bra) The lady goes in to the department stores like Penney's on a Saturday like once or twice a year.

They will take measurements of the areas to come up with the right size bra to fit her right.

What would a cup bra be? All bras have cups. Do you mean does your sister need to wear a bra? I always heard if you think you need a bra, then you DO!
