There isn't one. Use a condom EVERY time.

No one can predict a safe period to have sex, because it is different for every woman. Some women can get pregnant any time of the month, even while they are on their period. If you want to have sex with no condom, you should be on birth control. If you have trouble taking pills, try the nuva ring (I use it and love it) it is so convenient and I am always protected.

Yes there is a chance of getting pregnant during menstruation. It is a myth that you cannot, such as guys might tell you to get you to have sex with them. You can ovulate more than one time during a cycle, and you can ovulate during your period as well. Even when you are on your period, you never really KNOW exactly where that unfertilized egg is in you.

NEVER. Always use a condom while having sex. There is always at least a small chance that you can still get pregnant no matter what day of your cycle you are on. Unprotected sex will also give you an increased risk of catching STD's.

Gotta echo the two first answers.

There is NO safe time to have sex w/o precautions especially a condom for STDs.

There are no safe periods to avoid STD's. Don't have unprotected sex unless you are trying to get pregnant.

THERE IS NO SAFE TIME to have unprotected sex!

There is also NO SAFE TIME to have protected sex!

ANY TIME, protected or not, period or not, you risk the chance of pregnancy.

although there are certain times of your cycle in which you are more or less likely to get pregnant the only way to be 100% protected is to use some type of protection whether that be birth control, condoms etc.

They time when you are all alone in the bed, that's about it all other times you can expose your self to STDs and pregnancy. Wrap it up, use a condom everytime.
