I have been on Femcon for about six months and have always had regular periods. Last month my period was really light and this month it came heavily five days early and it was brown. Could this be just from built up old blood or from major stress lately? I had an ovarian cyst last year that ruptured and i'm worried it could be something serious. I don't think its anything like pregnancy because I at least have a period. I just have been getting dizzy a lot and had headaches a lot. Thanks for any help to stop my worrying :)

This discharge sound like spotting. Its nothing to worry about. If you have been taking birth control or have an IUD it is normal for this to happen from time to time. The dizzines and headaches is not normal. Personally I would see medical advice asap.

Old blood can be a normal part of the first part of a period for some women and also be related to being stressed out about something (whether good or bad). Bleeding can also sometimes be an indication of infection such as with the cervix. The only way to know for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.
