I don't know if its better, but it is definitely easier and faster for girls to reach climax if they are doing the work. That is just my experience with the girls I have had the pleasure with.

Many women do climax more easily when on top, but that's not true for all women. Many prefer other positions.
Unless the guy is ultra long it shouldn't hurt for the girl to be on top. Even if he is too long, the girl can control the angle and depth so it shouldn't be a problem.

It's easier for it to go in comfortably with the girl on top (sometimes). She has more control, too and can do what makes her feel best which results in a better quality climax.

Yes, I do. It's cause you can move your hips and adjust the angle so you can make it hit right where you want, and you can choose how fast and how deep and everything. On top is my favorite position, followed closely by doggy, because that is a very good position for hitting the right spot too, but you can't control the depth and speed as much.
It does not hurt at alllll to be on top :)

You can have better control of your orgasms when you are on top because you are freer to move the way that feels good to you. You can prolong your delight or pop your own cork!
More positions are available because you are not pinned under the man, also you can avoid uncomfortable pressure points, angles and depth issues.
It feels good to be in control and dominate the situation sometimes... when the man submits freely, because until you become better educated and experienced, you are too often limited to the missionary position.

A woman has more control of the movement and "sets the pace" when on top. Because of this, we can move to what feels best, increasing our sexual pleasure. Normally being on top dosent hurt, and if you feel any discomfort, you may have to change your position a little bit.

No, it doesn't hurt. I'm sure that isn't true for everyone, but for those who find it more arousing, it is because there is more clitoral stimulation when the woman is on top. The woman can position herself and control the motion so that her clitoris is actively stimulated. Sorry if TMI. I hope you aren't 14. LOL
