I'm very healthy. I have 35,000 units of antioxydent levels in my blood. I was a vegitarian for 20 years. I'm 47 and 10 years non-vegitarian. My husband, doesn't have a moments time to have sex with anyone outside our marriage. Sometimes we both fall asleep exhausted keeping up with our two wonderful children. He was so worried about giving me something from any previous relationship that he went to the health department and had every test imaginable, and painful tests samples that are taken from inside the tube of his member. He's completely clean. Nothing. I'm clean, nothing. Except for this baterial infection I get every so often after sex with my man. Perhaps the semen is causing a problem. Perhaps he needs to be extra clean because I'm sensitive. Am I developing something worse or can this go on forever without causing worse harm everytime I get it treated? My Pap is fine after we treat the bacterial infection once again.

I was due my shot a few days ago, but have had an IUD fitted instead. I have been on depo for 2 years. I feel quite depressed and just under the weather. Could this be depo withdrawal? is there such a thing?

I am 35 and have had acne consistently from the time I was a teenager. I've heard somewhere that acne on different areas on your body can mean different problems. I have very large inflamed pimples around my waist and on my breasts. Also in the middle of my cheeks but not so much on the rest of my face. It always increases in the week before my period. What does this mean? I've asked doctors about it w/out much of a response. What can I do about clearing it up? And please don't give me diet or hygeine advice. Been there.

Ok, I tried to miss my period last month due to my miagraines because my OBGYN said i could. Well, It messed up my period very bad. I have been bleeding for 2 weeks and will never make that mistake again. My question is....I should be starting my real period next wednesday, but I missed a few pills this week so I had to throw out the rest of my pills. Should I re-start taking my pills this sunday since I am already bleeding, or should I wait til next sunday when I am supposed to take them. I am confused on how long I am gonna bleed now that I have messed up my pills.....Thanks:)

Ok I'm at work right now and I'm in some major pain from some mentrual cramps. Does anyone know how to get rid of them? I obviously can't do the normal heating pad or hot bath! I took midol but sometimes it doesn't really help.

When my feet are together, my legs only touch at the ancles and at my knees. That means I am quite slender, right?
Why then does my private part have so much fatty tissue so that when I wear a tight pants, I have a bulge in front like a man would have?
And...Is that attractive to men, or does it put them off?

Anyone else?
I'm a nursing mom (18months) but still getting my period every so often. This time I had been waiting for 3 months but now I think it's coming. Really disturbing.

My cardio ruled out heart problems last year and OB says he doesn't know what to do other than prescribing the pill.

What can I do?

I went to the gynacologyst, recommended by my doctor because I have cervical polyps. The gynacologyst said that I don't need surgery because the polyps are shrinking and I am not having any more problems from them.I did have these before and removed and they were begnign. My question is IS IT TRUE THAT POLYPS ARE NOT CANCEROUS IF THEY SHRINK?

i'm going to see an endrocrinologist next month about some PCOS-like symptoms and i would like to get some blood tests done for reference / to monitor hormonal imbalances. would it be ok to get three tests done, one on the 2nd day of my period, one mid cycle and one late cycle. would this provide the endrocrinologist with sufficient and accurate information?

I ran out of pills and won't be able to get more for 2 weeks. Is it very important that I use a condom during that time with my bf? What are the chances I can get pregnant?

Anyone who got pregnant while on birth control, did you still get a withdrawal bleed at the end of your pills, or did you stop them altogether?

Hi. I've haven't been to my doctor in years (bad I know) and I've never been to a gyno. But my boyfriend and I are getting to the stage where we're (okay, I finally am, he's been waiting a while) are ready to have sex but I want to get birth control first. Who would I talk to? My doctor or would I need to see a gyno? Also, I don't particularly relish the idea of having to take a pill every day, especially not the same time every day because my schedule varies so much and I'm bound to forget a day. What would you consider to be the best type of birth control? Thanks a lot!

So because of birth control I have gained weight and I have joined a gym but the water weight is still there. In the past I have used Hydroxicut to get rid of water weight but my co-worker told me it effects birth control similar to how antibiotics do. Is there any truth to her statement ??? And why does everything have a catch 22??

My dr prescribed pills for me and this is my first time taking it. I have Yasmin 21. My question is which pill should I start taking, should I go with the day today? I don't have my period and haven't had it for 2 months now. Do I take the Fri pill or wait till Sunday. Also, when do they take effect? Should I wait for one month? Thanks in advance for all the input!

I am really worried. I have never had this happen. I started a whole month ago. Why would all of a sudden my hormones get all out of whack? I am a 34 y.o woman. He put me on Progesterone because I cant take the birth control pill which also has estrogen in it because of borderline high blood pressure and other risk factors. Progesterone is given for unusual uterine bleeding but why would my hormones be out of control in the first place? Has anyone ever had this happen. Im scared
