i'm going to see an endrocrinologist next month about some PCOS-like symptoms and i would like to get some blood tests done for reference / to monitor hormonal imbalances. would it be ok to get three tests done, one on the 2nd day of my period, one mid cycle and one late cycle. would this provide the endrocrinologist with sufficient and accurate information?

It depends on what hormone levels are being tested.

I would recommend checking with the endocrinologist's office ahead of time as well to find out if where you are in your cycle is going to affect when you get the hormone testing such as with testosterone levels getting done.
