well i last had my period 2 months ago and during the summer i pout on a wee bit of weight but i lost it again.. i do competative running and train hard so during the summer when i wasnt running i was less active and just put on 4 lbs but i dropped it again i started my period about a year ago and they never have been normal could it have something to do with running or the fact i lost a bit of weight
i weight 6 stone 6 and i am 5ft3 age 14

i had the same problem when i was young for the longest time i didnt have one and when i finally did get one it was never on time the problem is ur weight the doctor told me that a girl will not ever get her period until she weighs atleast 100 pds and then if u ever drop below that they will stay messed up

It takes several years for a cycle to normalize. Just give it time. Some girls aren't regular until they are in their 20s. Relax.

I don't think that losing 4 lbs. would have an effect on it anyway. For wieght loss to effect the period, it has to be more extreme than that. And a change in exercise could also effect it, but it since your body was already used to the exercise it probably didn't do anything to your period.

no you just starting out so it could take some time for it could get to the ragular month to month
