I've been on birth control for about 3 months now (Femcon Fe). I have ALWAYS gotten my period smack middle of a week during the active pills, and NEVER during the week of the sugar pills. I have had my period now for about a week, and it dosen't look like it's stopping. My doctor said to start taking 2 pills a day (one at reg. time and one before bed.) Is this ok?!

Ok, so my boyfriend and I were fooling around a little bit this afternoon and our "areas" were rubbing against each other. My underwear were a little damp and he said he had a very small area on his boxers that was a little wet. I'm on the pill, but I'm just curious if anything could happen as far as pregnancy? I've been on the pill since July. He never came inside of me, so I was wondering what the chances were that anything bad could happen...? thanks!

I had my first pap smear and pelvic exam on Oct. 23, so tomorrow will be exactly 2 weeks. I was wondering if anything was abnormal with my pap if you all think I would have heard something back from my doctor by now? My doctor said they would call if something was wrong on the form I filled out. For those who have experience with this or have had abnormal paps, how long after your appt did you hear back from the doctor? Please not for those who received a normal letter in the mail. Also those who had abnormal results were you called or did you receive something in the mail about it?

Last week during a complete physical, I mentioned the symptoms, burning, frequent urination, etc. that occur with cystitis. The culture came back normal. I still have the symptoms, even after trying an OTC product. Is there a doctor in the house, or another woman-sister who has a suggestion?

i had a miscariage 3 weeks ago i was 7 weeks pregnant!!!
2 days ago my partners condom broke! i dont know whether im ready to be pregnant this soon (emotionly)!!!!!!

I have been using Ortho Evra for about 3 1/2 years. My last period and my current period are much lighter for some reason. When I first started using the patch it reduced my period from 7 to 5 days. Can the patch continue to reduce the flow and length? I took preg tests all neg and my nurse prac. said I'm not preg. Has anyone else experienced this reduction over time??

Would my symptoms get stronger, such as nausea, headaches, fatigue, breast tenderness. Last week when I went to the dr I was unable to see anything, but a gestational sac. I am scheduled to go again this week ( I'll be 7 weeks when I go) and I was just curious if it makes sense for me to think that things must be progressing because my symptoms are getting worse by the day.
Maybe they would progress either way, but I was just wanted to get some insight.

My friend keeps going on about how she feels pathetic still being a virgin at 18.I've been reassuring her that she has nothing to worry about and that the time will come but she won't listen!Recently shes been talking about just doing it with some randomer to get it over with!I think she'd be making a huge mistake!!

I dont know anything about a pap smear and I have been having some female problems (no period for 6 months, not prego either) and I was told I really need to go in for a pap smear.
My question is what do you do to get ready for one?
Do you have to stop having sex for so many days or be shaved all the way?
Anything at all??
And does it hurt?
I really dont know anything and Kinda nurvous to go and have one done.

I am on the pill, but on thurs 25th of oct, i was put on a course of antibiotics for 5 days. the chemist told me that it wud affect the pill for 7 days after, is that 7 days after i start the antibiotics or after i finish them??? My bf and i got carried away last night and didnt use a condom.

There wasnt a lot of it. There was none in the urine but when I wiped there was some...and it isn't time for my period...I made sure it wasn't coming from my vagina (sorry to be so gross!). And it isn't cramping either. It's worse than cramping! The lower part of my tummy hurts horribly. Like the very front part of it. This is really weird but when I pee I usually lean forward, and I can't anymore because it makes the front part of my tummy hurt so bad that I can't stand it. What is wrong with me? What is this all about? My mom used to get kidney stones all the time, could this be it? My husband has the car so I can't drive to the ER....but I want to go when he gets home. Please no rude comments, I just want to know what the hell is going on! Thank you!

can't orgasm, no matter what I do. My man makes me feel amazing, and I thoroughly enjoy our sex life, though I never seem to climax.
