Gynecologists: What is the weirdest thing....?

Inspired by a discussion on one of my message boards. What is the weirdest thing that a woman has asked you, as a gynecologist, to remove from her vagina? I've heard condoms are common but I've been told you guys sometimes find the unfathomable.

one report in a medical journal said one of those mushroom shaped air fresheners had to be removed surgically because the rim had cut into the walls of the vagina and healed in place!!

I'm not a dr. but I'm sure they have been asked to remove tampons (not weird but it's something).
