I am on the pill, but on thurs 25th of oct, i was put on a course of antibiotics for 5 days. the chemist told me that it wud affect the pill for 7 days after, is that 7 days after i start the antibiotics or after i finish them??? My bf and i got carried away last night and didnt use a condom.

7 days after you finish the antibiotic.
The pill is less effective when on anti-biotics, not completely ineffective. That said, depending upon where you are in your cycle, you have added risk this month. If you were between cycle day 12 and 18 you have quite a bit more risk this month.
The best time to use a pregnancy test is the day your period was due (or a few days later if you can stand it). Always use first morning urine as the hormones are stronger in it and the test will be more definitive.

ya u should be ok. but if your worried go to the doctor and have a blood test done.
