There wasnt a lot of it. There was none in the urine but when I wiped there was some...and it isn't time for my period...I made sure it wasn't coming from my vagina (sorry to be so gross!). And it isn't cramping either. It's worse than cramping! The lower part of my tummy hurts horribly. Like the very front part of it. This is really weird but when I pee I usually lean forward, and I can't anymore because it makes the front part of my tummy hurt so bad that I can't stand it. What is wrong with me? What is this all about? My mom used to get kidney stones all the time, could this be it? My husband has the car so I can't drive to the ER....but I want to go when he gets home. Please no rude comments, I just want to know what the hell is going on! Thank you!

Before I got to the part where you said your mother suffers from kidney stones, that was my first thought. I also suffer from kidney stones. unfortunately you need to get to the hospital asap, that's the only place where they will be able to give you something to handle the pain and properly diagnose you. Call an ambulance. If you have children, call a neighbor to come sit with them. You need to take action now, the pain of kidney stones intensifies as time goes on and pretty soon you may not be able to move or talk it could get so bad. You could also have a kidney infection or bladder infection. Good luck and God Bless.

Lots of people recommend cranberry juice and drinking lots of fluids but I think the best you can do is eat something to stop peeing everything out. Once that is solved, you can start to get better. You need to get that under control right away. Do you have some salad greens or some bran cereal? You need something to absorb your fluids so you can get back to normal.
I started to do this earlier in the year and I called the health food store and I asked the manager what I could do. I didn't want the hassle of going to a doctor. He said to get more fiber in my diet. I had one serving of bran cereal and I ate it. My problem was solved just like that. I've had other episodes where I thought I was going to come down with it again and I ate a salad and I've had no more problems with it since.
This is going to make you terribly thirsty. Try and relax and just drink a little bit at a time. You can always get more. You need more B complex vitamins because you've flushed out everything and you should have a terrible imbalance. Your digestion may be off so try not to rush into it. You may get a full feeling over the tiniest little thing so give yourself a couple of days before you can expect yourself to get back to normal.
A doctor can give you pills but only you can take care of your poor health. Other girls have written in after going to the doctor and they still pee-d too much and they still had some discomfort. This works.
I hope you get much better very soon.

Try and relax until your husband gets home and can drive you to the ER. This could absolutely be kidney stone, or gall stones, it could also be the beginnings of a UTI, which can be very painful. If you have any cranberry juice in the house pour yourself a glass and drink up.
Good Luck and feel better

you have a urinary tract infection, you will be given antibiotics, be sure to take the full prescription even if you feel better before they are all gone, or the infection will come back and then it will be resistant to antibiotics and then you will be in a pickle. Drink at least two liters of water a day to flush your kidneys and bladder thoroughly and help the antibiotics flush thru the system.

I also would say it sounds like a Bladder infection or unirary tract infection or UTI for short. Call your doctor to talk to him or a nurse. Don't you have a friend who quickly could drive you?
