If so what is it called? I was injured when I was younger and my doctor told me to get something that would make my blood flow heavier because then i would be fuller in that area and i wouldn't be as numb! Please help asap! Thanks a ton! ^^)

Ive been having irregular periods and my OB prescribed me to take provera. Ive been taking it for 3months already and my period has been quite regular. On the 5th day Im taking the pill, for this month, I had sex. I just wanted to know what are my chances of getting pregnant?

For the past two weeks my chest (the area above my boobs) has been hurting really bad. I think it may be just a pulled muscle (I work with special needs kids and I do a lot of lifting) but I'm not sure. Anyone know anything else it could be?

I've asked this question a few times before, but I wasn't quite satisfied with the answers. Recently I've been losing weight, and my labia minora (NOT MAJORA) seems to be getting smaller. I'm not quite sure if it's just a hallucination or not. Does anyone have any personal experience in this field? And if not, can somebody tell me if this is possible, and how? Thank you.

I'm turning 13 next month and I'm currently 5'4".
I really want to model so if my height expectancy is low, how can I make myself grow taller?

My dad was 5'11 and my mum was 5'7 and girls usually take after their father's height. My grandfather was 6'2 and well yeah. I know that height expectancy generators can be wrong sometimes because this guy I knew was supposed to be 5'8 and he ended up being 6'0.

Please let me know if I might be tall and how I can make myself taller (by the way, everyone says what I eat is very healthy so that isn't a problem).

I've been on Ortho Tri-Cyclen for about 7 years and I used to love it but for the past 6 months to a year I've noticed that I'm getting a lot of side effects from it. No matter when I take it or what I take it with I feel dizzy, sick, out of it and emotional for about 2 hours after I take it. Also, my sex drive has really diminished. I spoke to my dr who suggested that it is most likely the Pill that's causing this (ruled out everything else) so I'm really not sure what to do.

Are there side effects of going off the Pill? My wedding's in 5 weeks and I don't want to be dealing with side effects during it.

We *really* don't want to get pregnant (my fiance's looking into a vasectomy), would we really be okay with condoms and spermicide?

OMG i was walking yesterday and my foot turned sideways and i fell!! (clumsy) Anyway now my foot hurts really badly i cannot flex it and it hurts when i put any pessure on it! It is not swolllen or purple so i don't know what the problem is!!!

Hi all. okay so i hooked up with my ex bf tuesday night. We had sex a few times and didnt use a condom. (im not on bc pills either, i know its bad so please dont tell me that...) anyways im not sure if he came inside me or not. But the thing is is that my period is due like next tues so it was towards the end of my cycle. but im wondering what the chances are the i may have gotten pregnant. bc today i was having pains in my lower section and i know a few days after sex u can get implantion cramping but im not sure if thats it. so what do you think???? what are the chances?

I've been doing some research online and it hasn't exactly been very helpful. Recently, like maybe like 3 or 4 months ago the smell of my vaginal discharge has changed quite noticeably, it used to smell sort of fishy, but only after long days, it always has been clear though. I haven't had any problems with my periods what so ever, but now my discharge is sometimes white and kinda creamy, and smells so sour its quite gross, its a really pungent smell and its very strong at times. I really dont know what it is but i know what its not, i know its not an STD because i am still a virgin and have not had any sexual intercourse of any sort, i know its not a yeast infection because one thing online research has taught me is that when you have a yeast infection your vagina swells or hurts and your discharge comes out thick, lumpy and like cottage cheese and i definitely lack all those descriptions. So really i dont understand what it could be or more importantly, how to go back to normal.

I have been having pains in my lower abdominal for a few months now. First my doctors thought there was something wrong with my periods so they put me on birth control. They also thought I might have an ovarian cyst or I also had Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease. They checked for both but neither appeared to be going on. Then about a week and a half ago I woke up with horrible sharp pains in my abdomen, worse than they had ever been...I was literally screaming and crying because of the pain! I went to the doctor and they said I needed more fiber (which I don't understand, I eat enough veggies and fruits). But I immediately increased my veggie and fruit intake, along with other foods filled with fiber. Nothing helped. I was in the same horrible pain for the next five days. I had an x-ray taken, which came back completely normal! But I still get these horrible pains, always in the same place. It will randomly happen. But the doctors are telling me i'm fine! What's happening? HELP! I'm only 16

As a 25year old i have just received a letter for cervical smear test. I was talking to someone because i was wondering if i should still go for one as a virgin. The letter says contact your doctor. I spoke to nhs direct and they said i should still go for one as cancer may be caused by other causes other than sexually transmitted.
I was also worried about the pain but they said there should be no pain because the hymen is normally lost when younger and if you had a hymen you wouldnt have periods because it wouldnt be able to get ot of your body? Is this true?? Im sure i read you can still have periods with an intact hymen because there is a small gap for it to escape!
Im also getting the private hpv vaccine so surely the chances of cervical cancer are greatly reduced, obviously i should still go for a smear test but i was thinking of delaying it until i am sexually active.
What do you think?

Sorry...but those kinds of headers seem to get more attention..and I really do need help..anyway...
I have been trying to figure out if I need to see a gynecologist for a couple months now.
I have been having trouble with an irregular period for the last couple months. I have been exhausted all the time and losing my hair. I also get pains in my breasts and occasionally around my ovaries. I talked to my doctor about being tired and losing my hair (hadn't realize my period problems back then) and she said maybe a vitamin deficiency. She tested me for everything like thyroid, diabetes etc and it was all normal. She told me to check with my dermatologist about my hair (have an appt. in Jan.) I have been considering birth control to regulate my periods. Do I need to see a gyno or should I just go back to my family doctor?
BTW...I'm 18 and not sexually active. Until recently my period had ALWAYS been regular...(and I've had it since I was 12)....

I have been on Seasonique for almost a year now, and I still haven't quite regulated. I have 2 1/2 months with no bleeding whatsoever, then the last 1/2 of a month I get light bleeding all the way to the end of the pill pack. Would it be a bad idea to just skip straight to the period pills? I'd rather not have my period for the next 3 weeks.
