she does not understand my boobs are getting bigger and bigger and when i wear tight shirt everyone can see my nipple!

and i would hope you are just one of those adults who still mooch on there parents, because i read your last question and you said you were pregnant.

Sit down with your mom (sometime she's not horrifically busy and has a few minutes to focus on you) and explain that you would feel more comfortable if you were able to wear a bra - that your nipples are showing (and you are uncomfortable with that), and that your breasts are growing and becoming uncomfortable (in other words, in need of support). Go online and find out how to find your bra size before you talk to your mom (anything above an A cup, you absolutely should be wearing a bra; anything A or smaller is a lifestyle choice); perhaps even research a few inexpensive, un-sexy styles that your mom might be more comfortable with you wearing.

Let your mom know that you need to talk to her in private and then when you get to a private area, let her know that you are very concerned because with your breasts getting bigger others can see your breasts thru the shirts you wear.
Let her know that you are also concerned that someone might make a comment about this (I had a teacher be the one to tell me-in private of course) that I needed to get a bra because of the way my breasts were showing (I was 12 when this happened).

I am not convinced that this is a genuine question.
I think that you are an attention seeking little boy, who should not have a Yahoo Answers account.
Bras are not for boys.
If you have breasts big enough to need a bra, then i would be seriously worried.
