I think it starts to please the guy. But done with care and caution, the woman starts to enjoy it so it becomes a regular part of their bedroom life.

There is a LOT of nerve endings in the back. Combine this with the 'forbidden' pleasure and it's a great turn-on for many women.

I think it depends on the couple and what they want to try and what they want to avoid.

I think many couples practice it and enjoy it, but I think there are just as many who are disgusted by the thought and would never do it.
