I have awful, thick wiry hair under my navel, and it gives sick satisfaction to pluck them, as the roots are a good 3-4 mil long, nevermind the hairs which can get up to 2cm long each. (Thankfully there's only about... eight? Nine of them.)

I just plucked one of them after shaving most of them (it was barely half a mil above the surface, but I got it), and there were two roots. Out of one follicle.

Have I made some kind of mistake? What the hell?

OK, on "Talk Sex with Sue", she always advises against having sex in water (something about the water being forced into the vagina and infecting your fallopian tubes or something like that), as it is dangerous and potentiall deadly. I am willing to take Sue's word for it, trust her, and follow her advice. However, lots of people have sex in water all the time. My question is, has anyone ever known anyone personally who suffered any kind of problems related to having sex in water? I am just curious how much it happens.

If two people were "getting intense" with clothing ON would the girl be able to tell if he ejaculated and she were at any risk to get pregnant? Or is it not that obvious?

I am starting the pill next week when I start my period. I am going to start the first day of my period. Starting it when I start my period means that the birth control will work right away, right? I don't need to wait a full month before it is working, right? Just curious. I want to make sure I know the facts so I don't end up pregnant.

my baby was born feb 08 2007, since then i seem to have had none stop bleeding, ive had the coil to see if that does any good and it hasnt made any difference. i bleed for about 10 to 14 days have a break of about a week and then it starts again with out any warning, its even gone through clothes any ideas what could be doing this.

I have a long penis 8 1/2 in but it is only average to maybe slightly above average girth. The problem is the length I cant go all the in without it being painfull for her. What I have read and what I am being told is that the length isn't important but its the girth thats the real deal. anyways is there anyway to get more girth? I'm pretty sure it was a week or 2 but anyways. So then when my period was suppost to come it only came for 2 days VERY light, almost as if it was not even there and this has never happend. Even for it to be light is odd. Now its been 3 days into my period and it completely stopped. I'm not saying im pregnet but i'm just wondering if I could be or why it could have just stopped?

I've gotten my period that lasted for five days or so, and it's actually shorter than usual, but bit heavier, and was late. I'm 13, and started my period 1 year and half ago. I'm 5'5 (165 cm) 43 kg (96lbs) and recently quite stressful from travelling and friends living. I've been changing diet a bit. For the past 3 or 4 days (pretty much straight after my period), i've been having this brown/yellow , that's very light after my period. I've never had sex before so it's not std or pregnancy. What could this be? My period is not so regular too.

my nipples have been really sore for the last couple of days, ive not done any more excercise than usual so it cannot be that. I don't think it will be my period on the way as i have been off the pill for a year and only had 2 periods in that time( last one in feb) I also did not use to suffer with this problem before a period anyway. Any ideas?

Last month I had a break from the pill due to lack of repeat prescription. Although I was very careful this month I am a little concerned that my period is 1/2 days late. Normally whilst on the pill my period is spot on like clockwork, however before going on to the pill I could have been days late. Should I have expected to start as regularly as when I am on the pill or would I be back to waiting for a few days. Also I have read about people having pill free months and not having a period at all. Has anyone had a similar experience?
I know that if I am still in this situation in a few days I should take a test or go to my doctor.
