i gave him my virginity but he doesn't believe me... we did that when i have menstruation.. he said it looks like i did it before...but i swear he is the first... what can i do to make him believe me?

That is the thing about guys, they are right and you are wrong. I might bring the wrath of men down on me....I'm not worried because I have seen it happen all too often.
I wish I could help you convince him, I honestly don't know of a way. I just hope it isn't in his mind that he can leave you because of what he "believes." He should/could know deep down that you are right and he is wrong, but I think he will believe himself before he believes otherwise, something he may never admit out loud.

If he is worth giving your virginity too, then he should honestly have believed you in the first place. If you had the trust established for you to give him that gift then he would just know and he would have cherished the experience.
If I were you, I would break up with him and find someone that you can have solid mutual trust with from now on.

Absolutely nothing. Guys are JERKS when it comes to virginity. If he doesn't believe you, giving him signed affidavits from every single person you've ever met won't change his mind.
Just move on and learn from your mistake. This is the EXACT reason why GIRLS should not be having sex...there is SO much more to it than just a guy and a girl getting it on.

You cannot do anything to make him believe you. Sounds like he's not worth it, anyway. Take your time. Find a guy who wants you for you, even without the sex, and one who believes and trusts in you.
