my nipples have been really sore for the last couple of days, ive not done any more excercise than usual so it cannot be that. I don't think it will be my period on the way as i have been off the pill for a year and only had 2 periods in that time( last one in feb) I also did not use to suffer with this problem before a period anyway. Any ideas?

My nipples get sore in the days before my period is due. I've not been pregnant in 14 years, so that is not the only reason your nipples would be sore.
If you're concerned, see your doctor.

two neg reports from a home pg test? They can be wrong. Go to a Dr. I even had one at the Dr office and it came out negative and I was pregnant...but, sore nipples are a symtom. Could be your period are so messed up..see a Dr about that too.

I dont take the pill and I get sore nipples a week before my period..... that's what it will be, you are getting your period

can I suggest something really weird, get some green cabbage( im so serious) and put one leaf in your bra for each boob. i have done it and yes it does work believe me, i know it does sound weird but !!something to do with chemicals
