I 5'5 and I'm gonna be a freshman in the Fall......I weigh 119 pounds.....What can I do to gain a little more weight?......Am I skinny?

For a few months already I have really cut down on junk food.
Now I just eat 4 times a day each a healthy, nutricious meal.
I have also included walking for one hour during my lunch break just to add extra activity during my work day.
Yes, I do occasionally eat "bad". I'll have cake maybe once a month and heavier food maybe once a week.
But for having made this lifestyle change a few months ago and not seeing any change is frustrating.
Is this because I'm getting older? I had blood work done and its not thyroids or anything else hormonal.
Yes, I know exercise and cutting out bad foods would help but I have to be realistic about what I will actually be doing once the weight is gone.
I am almost about to hit the "overweight" mark. I am very depressed about this and feel self conscious all the time. This is the first summer in my life that I wont go to the beach.
HELP!

My mom, grandmothers on both sides aunts, etc. are all ather large chested. Is it possible that I might not be? My mom was already a B going into a C when she was my age, and I can barely fill out an A. (14 yrs. btw) I asked my grandmother and my aunt and they claimed that they were he same as my mom. Now that all of them are full grown they're all DD's. I'd actually be glad to not be that big. Is it possible that I might not get that large, or is it bound to happen?

I started taking vitamins the beginning of last month and I was wondering if that would have an effect on my period seeing as it didn't even come this month. I was wondering if taking the vitamins calcium 600mg, b vitamins, Vitamin C 250mg, and Multivitamin/Multimineral with lutein would change my cycle and make it not come at all.

I've been with my boyfriend for a long time and we're in a serious relationship. He has had sex a few times before, but i'm still a virgin. I know i'm ready for it if the right time comes but i'm physically scared to do it. In order to render the Pill ineffective, do you have to have diarrhea x times a day for a given number of days, or does any episode of diarrhea make the Pill less effective? What if you'd taken the Pill the night before (ie 10-12 hours) the diarrhea hit? Wouldn't it have absorbed by then?

Sorry for the sort-of gross question, but the Pill pamphlet isn't specific about it and I've been wondering. I take Yaz at 9pm each night, if that helps. Any *actual* answers would be greatly appreciated!

can anyone advise me, i am ttc and was ovulatin on fri 29th june so ovulating stick said...had sex on the thurs and the sat, now for nearly 2 weeks my breasts have been sore, nipples are sensitive to touch, and they look like they are slightly bigger....and to sleep on them at night is painful....i feel like they have been beaten with a bat!!!!!
could this be a sign of early preg....and wat is the difference between breasts being sore before u r due on and the soreness in early preg?

It been about two months, and I have had periods with cramping since the suspected conception, but I've noticed it's kinda shorter. It will be heavy the first two days, then taper off the rest day or so. I'm worried because I have a blood filled ovarian cyst, and I don't know if that bleeding can be mistaken for a period. Again, I do have normal period symptoms, such as cramps, bloating, and tender breasts- only around the time my period is starting. I feel like I'm gaining weight and becoming more fatigued, and the shorter period worries me.
