It been about two months, and I have had periods with cramping since the suspected conception, but I've noticed it's kinda shorter. It will be heavy the first two days, then taper off the rest day or so. I'm worried because I have a blood filled ovarian cyst, and I don't know if that bleeding can be mistaken for a period. Again, I do have normal period symptoms, such as cramps, bloating, and tender breasts- only around the time my period is starting. I feel like I'm gaining weight and becoming more fatigued, and the shorter period worries me.

it's possible to get a period when you're pregnant, but not likely. if you have a cyst, i highly recommend you see your doctor to get to the bottom of things.

It is possible, I would suggest, at the very least take a home pregnancy test, but you really should be going to the doctor rather than worrying/waiting.

It's always better to be safe then sorry.

You CAN menstruate and be pregnant.

I would talk to your doctor and get a pregnancy test.
