I don't think there is a way without medications. I take Loestrin 24 which is supposed to make you period light and last 3 days or less. For me, it usually lasts 4 or 5 days and it is a lot lighter.

There is no way you can do that.Why does everyone think that they can get rid of there periods...Just deal with it,if you cant deal with a period then how are you going to deal with life in general.

i heard if you work-out while you have your period it ends sooner... i think because it makes the something wall in our uterus or something like that thinner...
