how can i get a lighter, shorter period without meds???

I don't think there is a way without medications. I take Loestrin 24 which is supposed to make you period light and last 3 days or less. For me, it usually lasts 4 or 5 days and it is a lot lighter.

Become more physically active. Studies show that women who work out very often and are active tend to have later and shorter periods.

There is no way you can do that.Why does everyone think that they can get rid of there periods...Just deal with it,if you cant deal with a period then how are you going to deal with life in general.

i heard if you work-out while you have your period it ends sooner... i think because it makes the something wall in our uterus or something like that thinner...
