this is a weird question, but unlike men.. when women orgasm it is not the same. am i correct?

how can you actually tell your orgasming? does the body produce any liquid (like semen?) ive had experiences where i shudder continuously and my body starts to go numb. would that be an orgasm?

One of my friend (guy) is going to be a gyenacologist.

I tell him that its not for him and girls would be uncomfortable with him checking....ahem....in places!

I have never had sex, my BMI is in a healthy range (19.7) and I've been managing stress quite well. However, I have lost about 10 pounds since then, but I've done it the healthy way- by eating healthier, balanced meals. However, I know I'm deficient in calcium because I only have one serving of dairy a day- although I eat a ton of broccoli and other veggies that contain the mineral. Exercise has not been intense- I take a 30-40 minute walk every morning. So I don't understand what's wrong. I took a hormone replacement pill thing for a week that was supposed to get my period going, but nothing happened. My iron levels are fine (I take an iron supplement). What possible reasons could there be for me missing a period for that long? Thank you- I will greatly appreciate all the advice/answers.

its been over 3 mos. now and my breast does hurt.i don't feel a lump,its just when i press my breast it hurts.i feel it somewhere in the middle and my armpits do hurt.i don't see a scratch or anything.these pain re-occur during and after my menstruation.i get them before my menstruation and after my menstruation they come again.they don't hurt while my menstruation is going on?is this breast cancer?cuz if it is i don't want to tell my parents cuz i dont want to alarm them.please help?:D

sometimes I want to kill myself....my mind won't stop thinking....and worrying it's all day unless I'm sleeping. I worry about dying at a young age, I worry about what I'm gonna turn out to be. or burning sensation, I just rub them and ignore it. I get up and go up about twelve stairs and my hearts starts beeting really fast. I go to the bathroom and instantly feel like I am gonna puke. I sat there for a few and took some really good breaths in and out. It lasted for about three - five minutes. I was also sweating really bad, all over. I got really hot and felt like I was going to pass out. I am 33 years old. I am on my period and it's the second day. Has this ever happened to anyone and what could it be. Is there a chance I am pregnant. I went walking and running yesterday for the first time in 5 years and I am a smoker. It's been about twenty minutes and I feel back to normal but I have a really weird feeling of neusea, light pressure and some light light hurting in my lower stomach.

I am getting ready to sign up for flexible spending at work. I need to know about how much surgery would cost. I am pretty positive I have colon endo. I am going to go back to the doc to discuss this once I get insurance. I told a former doc that I have always bled rectally when I have my period (for about 18 years now) and she looked at me like that was the strangest thing she had ever heard of and recommended a colonoscopy (which I am about to have done.). Also, I have a very physical job (I walk 8 hours a night and lift heavy boxes). How long do you think I would need to miss work? Thanks for any help.

About 2 months ago my right areola started to get really itchy. The skin was also dry and it cracked and would also sometimes bleed a teeny bit into my bra. A few weeks later, my left areola started to get a dry patch of skin as well, but as far as I know, has never bled.

It's 2 months later now and they're not so itchy anymore, but the skin is just as dry and cracked. I put lotion on them every day. I think my right areola may be inflamed, because it seems a little puffier than normal, especially on the area that bleeds.

Does anyone know what this is or how to get rid or it?? I can GUARANTEE I'm not pregnant. I don't think I have cancer either (but I guess no one's 100% certain anyway).
