My 11 year old (almost 12) daughter asked me if I knew how to make her breasts larger. If she eats foods that contain estrogen, will they grow larger? If so, what foods do contain estrogen?

Ive told her that she's fine the way she is and they'll grow when they're ready aout 1000 times but she doesnt listen.

Estrogen is a hormone. Even though is found in many foods we eat everyday. The amount is not enough to cause a significant change in your daughter breast size. She's just going to have to wait until her own body is producing in more. Estrogen at this age will have detrimental consequences. Can cause her to go into her period earlier if she hasn't had it yet. Or cause her to have heavier periods or more cramping.
The other source of estrogen is extracted from Pregnant mare (female horse) urine and made into pills that women take for menopause.
It is not for children.
You need to support your daughter to accept her self how she is and not encourage this thinking.

No foods contain high levels of estrogen or males would have big breasts. You don't want extra estrogen, too much estrogen can cause breast cancer.
