In a busy world you probably dont have time to relax it off. Recommend you to visit you local Pharmacy/Chemist for a "Muscle Relaxant" drug. That relaxes your muscles. You may have inflammation. If you dont have abdominal pain due to exercise etc. you may have a Appendix problem, which you need to be cautious about. It can also be an Ulcer. Check when you visit the loo, look for blood. You may have internal bleeding caused from an Ulcer. Your best bet is to rather check out your GP for a proper diagnose.
