My fiance' and I recently began having intercourse, he's rather large and after we have sex I am sore for several days and have vaginal bleeding, very light just some on the toilet paper after I wipe. Recently in the evenings I have begun having motion sickness or flu type symptoms, and I get dizzy plus I'm tired all the time and now I have a yeast infection.

I'm on Ortho Evra and I've been with the same partner for over two years. For the past two years every time we've had sex with out a condom and he ejaculates inside of me my vagina flares up. It swells and won't go down for several hours. Even a little bit of precum hurts. It doesn't make any sense. I've been to several different doctors and none can explain it. Sometimes I get yeast infections from it. My boyfriend has a large penis and I'm not sure if that's a possible factor. I really don't know what to do. For now we just use condoms. Any suggestions? Ideas?

I was just wondering if any of you women have been sexually assulted, and how were you after it ?
I was sexually assulted a few months ago in my apt, by a electrician, I thought I was okay after, but I may start to wonder if I really am. Was hospitalized about three weeks ago due to her period. She was bleeding a lot and it wasn't normal. When we got to the hospital the physician told us that she had a severe case of anemia, due to her period, and that if we hadn't brought her in sooner she could of had a stroke or brain damage, because her brain wasn't getting enough oxygen. After her anemia was controlled she was released from the hospital and now she is taking birth control pills to regulate her blood flow. What concerns me is that she is only sixteen and taking this kind of pills, even though they are necessary. Will they affect her growth or anything else while she is on this pill. Also, I've noticed that ever since she's been taking these pills her mood has changed. She is always angry, not unusual of her, but definetily not normal too. I'm just concerned for her. Could mood swings be a side effect of the pill?

The doctors say it is irritable bowel syndrome. I am scared that it is something else. The pain, when it comes is dull and constant, and every now and then it gets worse, then gets dull again. It has been going on at least a year. Eating doesn't seem to affect it. Any guesses?
