Not generally. It depends on why you are on the pill in the first place. For birth control, I'd say "no". But my daughter is on Yasmine for her PCOS, which she will have blood tests every year at her check up to see if her hormones are not whacky.

No, I wouldn't have thought so. You just need to have your blood pressure checked every 3-6 months. HTH : )
