Sweety seriously, eat healthy, play hard and enjoy life. Im 17 and for such a long time i struggled with weight issues and also hitting puberty at 12 sucked big time but ive finally got to the point where i realise that as long as i try my hardest to eat healthy and exercise as much as possible its ok. Look in the mirror of a morning and tel yourself you are gorgeous and beautiful and tell a friend, coz, trust me, it makes you feel so much better. Keep smiling x

Ten pounds sounds about ideal to me. The trick is to not raise to heavy so follow your 10lb weights. by ways in case you want a ripped body and in no way a great buffed out body lighter weight is a thanks to do it. even as utilizing lighter weight do extra repetitions. as an celebration you may want to do 4 gadgets of 5 reps. That recommend you raise the burden 5 cases and take a 30 2d destroy then raise yet another 5 reps then destroy, try this till your 4 gadgets of 5 are performed then bypass on to artwork yet another muscle crew a similar way. strong success!! keep in thoughts lighter weight will make you look ripped heavy weight will make you look cumbersome!

It could depend on a few things - such as your muscle mass, because muscle weighs 4x more than fat. But from the info you gave, it sounds like you're overweight - I am 16 and 5' 4" and I weigh about 115.

The best way to gauge whether you are overweight is BMI (body mass indicator) yours is a 21 which is well within the range of normal weight. Also at your age you probably have some growth spurts ahead of you. Don't listen to anyone who says that is too heavy, that is nonsense.

your at The 85th percentile. so no your not overweight your in a healthy weight range, but according to the world health association, your at risk for becoming overweight. if you haven't got your period yet, DONT WORRY. girls gain weight right before their period, then a few months after their period, they drop it all. =] . also don't forget, this isn't 100% accurate, as some girls have different bone sizes, and different muscle masses, so you cant depend on us to tell you if your fat. only you doctor can do that.

we've all been there, and one of my friends is still there. this weight is a little above average for thi height but the only real evaluation you can get is from a doctor. If you can't get to one, find somewhere online to calculate your BMI (body-mass index) and find out where you stand and where you should be. then you can take the necessary steps to reach a healthy goal for YOU.

Hi to answer your question, no u are within the proper weight according to a weight to height chart. But those can be proven wrong, as to if you are bigger boned then your weight can be more and you can be just as healthy. here is an example of one of the charts i was talking about. i hope it helps!!!

You are doing just fine...I wouldn't worry. I would worry if you were 5'1" and weighed 180 pounds! Are you short or tall...if you are feeling overweight...this also depends on your height!!! Naturally...if you are short...you might feel overweight...but you are really not...I hope this helps you!!!

Try this website: http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calculator.aspx.

That will tell you if your weight is appropriate, but you have to put in your exact age and height.

You will grow into it. It's important to eat healthy but not go on any crazy diets because you still have to grow.

You are not overweight and still may grow yet. Relax and enjoy your life.
