I was watching the Tyra Show like 2 weeks ago and a Women said, at night time if you wear some type of panty or thong that it's best to sleep commando or wear boxers so you won't accumulate moisture over night and build up bacteria. Is this true? Do any women on here do that?

You shouldn't wear undies to bed its true. Your vulva needs air to be healthy. Nothing like something warm, wet and dark for breeding bacteria!

Underwear is not meant to be worn to bed. You need to let your vaginal area breathe and air out at night.
