Women's Health - January 2007

this is a very long explanation, so get ready. I started my very first period in oct. of 06, and then had my second in the beggining of nov, and my third at the end of nov. i skipped my fourth, and i started my fourth/fifth on sunday[jan. 14] today's the fifth day and this morning, i thought it was ending today, and it was like that til around... noonish. it started up again like it had been, though around seven tonight, it was back to me wondering if I was ending it. It's been pretty normal, heavier then my first & and second time, though lighter then my third one. i've been having not very painful backaches, and some cramps every once in a while. Not very bad today. Do you think it's going to end?

We switched over to the 2nd semester yesterday and I have gym instead of health now and we basically *have* to change in front of each other, save for 2 bathroom stalls, but I'm sure they're going to be taken every time I get there.

I'm a little shy about people seeing me naked and I'm even more shy about being around a bunch of naked girls that I go to school with. I kept getting called a lesbian the first semester and I don't want to give the person that called me that any leeway.

Also, I go commando (a.k.a. pantiless) and I don't believe we're allowed to expose that much flesh.

Should I just take this problem up with my gym teacher (who is a male) or with someone higher up?

i haven't had my period since the beginning of august. i'm 14 and i know it's normal to have an irregular cycle but still...why won't it happen? and why have my boobs been sore for a few weeks? also, my face has been FILLING UP with acne even though i use the strongest medicine there is. is it because of my period? please answer my questions, thanks!

wen i have my period it will be there 1 day then llike 2 days later it will come back between those days i get this clear or yellow stuff so i really dont no when i will have my period the next time its really confusing me!! so yah im clueless

Okay, this is a long and complicated story but I'm really really in nead of some serious help here. My mom had tumors on one of her ovaries and had surgery to get it taken out. Something happened in the surgery and she had to have it done two more times because something had leaked and she was infected. She has a hole in her stomach draining infection now. That was a while ago, she had to have a second one done to have to hole made bigger so they could put a special wound vac in to suction the infection out. And now the doctor wants another one. And we just found out, this particular way of doing the procedure has only been done twice before in this state, he did both, he messed up both. I'm so stressed out right now I think my head might very well explode... and I think the doctor sucks, but no doctors want to do a follow up operation on someone who has had four of that operation done by someone else, and we don't even know for sure if it's the doctors fault. Please please help?

This may seem like a silly question, but I've been very stressed lately and a little sick and I've missed my period for the first time since I was a teenager. I'm just wondering how many adult women this happens to and if I should be worried. My doctor did not seem concerned when I went to see him. If you are a woman, have you missed your period before for reasons other than pregnancy and for how long did you go without? Thanks.

how can i fix that? one is a b and the other one is a large b or a small c... its odd.. can someone tell me how to fix it? i dont mind going up to a c on my other side, so long as theyre the same size (and no plastic surgery)... im only 17, but i doubt theyre still growing?

I have been having this pain since 12 this afternoon. It seems to hurt more when sitting down. When I stand and try to walk it hurts like hell. It stops a little when I sit down, but getting back up it is really painfull. If there is a nurse or doctor online, please give advice. I made dr appt. but can't get in until saturday morning? Thanks in advance. No there is no chance of me being pregnant. My husband has a vacetomy, for 1 year and half. Period has been consistent, but haven't started for this month yet. Any information would be gratefully appreciated.

I've been married for 10 years and I'm very happy with my husband. But sexually, there are a couple issues. I have a very difficult time coming, I'm not able to come with penetration, only a lot of clitoral stimulation. Does this seem normal?

Oral sex - He wants it all the time, but I'm not really into giving it to him. What should I do? How should I approach this issue?

i had my period on the first week of this month.....before that my breasts hurt a lot.....after my period they stopped hurting for about three days......after that they started hurting again.....and now i cant take the pain...it hurts when i put a bra on........

i dont think this is normal......and i know for a fact i dont have breast cancer because i felt them and there are no lumps...i have had sex...protected and unprotected so may it be that i am pregnant or is it too early to tell????
