OK here it is i used for yrs .. rhythm method count from the 1st day of ur menses count out 14 days.. then 4 days before the 14rth day and 4 days after the 14rth day is unsafe as it is ovulation time. i am exactly on the 14rth day ovulate but for u maybe not thats is why u give 4 days grace.. and how u know for sure when u ovulate is take ur temprature if its up on the 14rth day or before or after u will know also a discharge thick and white is a sign as eggs cant pass thru it.. as time goes by u get a slight crampy feeling then too but take temp and notice what kind of discharge.

There is no grace zone. Chances of getting pregnant are higher at certain times of your cycle, but it is possible to get pregnant ANY time of your cycle.

Do you know what they call people who use this method of birth control?

Parents.

Grace period is just a probability, use birth control all the time every time!
