I have the smal white bits round my nipples too - normal I think as I asked some girlfriends and my mum many moons ago if they had them - I don't know whether everyone does - I wonder if its something to do with the milk glands? I don't actually think they are spots as such

I had those before. I never got any creams or anything but Noxema worked. It took a week to go away. But it came back and disppeared forever after.

ya its normal its just a pimple treat it ,like one. you can put toothepaste on it wait for it to harden then wash it off. it will make the pimple dry up.

you could try washing with an acne body was and trating it with acne cream at night.
never in the morning before you leave the house, to prevent embrassments.
