Type the description into this web-site. I looked but I couldn't find a white pill with cor 127 on it. There were pills with COR172 and cor 128, but none that you describe. Are you sure this is what the pill said?

check pharmacy or a pdr book on line a white pill for pain can be hydrocodone another name for vicodin or theres codeine.. or oxycontin for starters to look up

It's regularly occurring Vicodin. five milligrams hydrocone/500 tylenol. It would be expired. I would not take it. If you desire to double examine, take it to a pharmicist. They'll let you know.
