We switched over to the 2nd semester yesterday and I have gym instead of health now and we basically *have* to change in front of each other, save for 2 bathroom stalls, but I'm sure they're going to be taken every time I get there.

I'm a little shy about people seeing me naked and I'm even more shy about being around a bunch of naked girls that I go to school with. I kept getting called a lesbian the first semester and I don't want to give the person that called me that any leeway.

Also, I go commando (a.k.a. pantiless) and I don't believe we're allowed to expose that much flesh.

Should I just take this problem up with my gym teacher (who is a male) or with someone higher up?

Wear your gym clothes under your normal clothes. I knew some people who did that in high school. Of course, we didn't ever have to shower in front of other guys. Maybe the football team might have, but we didn't. You might also want to wear some sort of underwear. It will help to prevent infections, if I recall correctly (as you could contract something from touching your clothes). Good luck!

Oh yeah . . . whoever said guys don't care about other guys seeing them is pretty off-base. I've never seen guys who stand next to each other at urinals if there's any choice. And some, like me, will only use urinals if there is no one else in the bathroom. And if there's no one else in the bathroom, I use a stall anyway. We're just shy that way.

Wear underwear the days that you have PE and when you change just change one thing at a time. That way only your shirt or only your pants are off at a time and you are never too exposed. Chances are the other girls are so busy changing and trying not to be seen that they will not even notice you. This is very normal, and if you still feel uncomfortable, try asking your teacher if you possibly have another room to change in, such as a team locker room. My friend had to wear a brace and her PE teacher allowed her to change in a seperate room. Good Luck

don't bother talking to your teacher... they'll just call you a wimp and a complainer. Sadly they fail to see that so many girls are very very modest and nervous about this! I was so stressed I missed the first few days of school because of this. Try wearing an undershirt, and I'm afraid you'll just have to wear panties or you'll be made fun of for sure and that's definitely no fun. It's really hard at first, but you'll just eventually get used to it and then you won't care at all. I'm worried about going to high school where I'll have to shower... I have gym last period now and the showers are broken anyway. Good luck... don't worry, you'll get used to it.

P.S. especiall if your teacher is a boy they wouldn't understand. Boys are so used to it anyway... they don't have stalls for urinals.

I used to have this problem in high school. I would go to the part of the locker room with the least amount of people in it. That way i wasn't undressing around everyone. I always wore undies. As for the not wearing undies here is my suggestion for you. Put them on in the morning on the days you have gym. Then after gym class go to the bathroom and remove them. Then put them in your purse or book bag or locker. That way you only wear them in the morning and in gym and then you are panty free the rest of the day.

it does no longer difficulty me. no save in recommendations if it fairly is an argument on your daughter use the replacing room it truly is what they are there for. This women folk human beings is in user-friendly words very protective of her son. There are perverts in the fellow men's room which will molest little boys. It takes position each and each and continually. It in user-friendly words eases her recommendations to get excitement from that her son is at the same time with her. as without delay because the toddler reaches 10, then i imagine of she might want to favor to enable him to bypass in there via himself. I do agree 9 is quite too previous. yet inspite of floats her boat! I in user-friendly words replace with a towel up. oftentimes the locker room is empty even as i adjust.

I was totally unpopular in school and hated changing in PE. Mostly everyone else was so busy trying not to be seen by everyone that I didn't have too many problems. Keep your eyes down and wear underwear if you think it'll make you feel better. If anyone gives you problems try to remember that you'll be free of that adolescent crap one day and it is a very small part of your life in the grand scheme of things. Tell them to mind their own business.

Just wear panties when you have gym and don't worry about what the other girls say. They're probably just insecure with their own sexuality. I pulled the same thing before I came out of the metaphorical closet.
