I got my period yesterday and didn't have any cramps at all. Today, my cramps have been horrible! It feels like someone keeps punching me in the stomach! Anyway, I took 2 motrins this morning but they haven't helped at all and I don't want to take any more incase of overdosing. What foods should I eat to make it feel better? My friend said to eat healthy and stay away from fatty foods and dairy products but so far, I'm confused on what will help and what won't! Please help me! My cramps hurt really bad!

i only sweat when im at school, and certain dri is specifically for excessive sweaters. when i do sweat it is in excessive amounts, causing body odor. i need to know if it can help out with body odor!

~also has anyone tried the Certain Dri AM refresher formula, how does it work, any good?

So, I haven't gotten my period since July, and usually my cycle is very defined as to when I'm ovulating, PMSing, or have my period. I've had the defined ovulation, if not worse than before, and my PMSing has been normal, but I haven't gotten my period. I've never had sex before (Let alone my first kiss), I'm sixteen years old, and I'm concerned. I was planning on going to my doctor soon, but I want to see if I can get any information as to why this is happening. I'm starting to get worried. I know I'm not pregnant, even if I was sexually active, because my weight has stayed the same and I don't have a belly. Does anybody know why I haven't gotten my period? Please let me know! Thanks!

okay well i got my first gyno check up this past may and im 18 and she said they dont do pap smears until ur 21 or been sexually active for 3 years. im not either so i guess i didnt get one. she did something with a cotton swab in my vagina tho. was that a pap smear or something else? also in the past few months 2 girls close to me have gotten hpv so i want to start getting pap smears........can i request that i get them even tho they dont do em? please help cuz im scared. i only have one partner tho. thanks!!!

I have very small breasts. They are size 29A I think. But I wear a size 32 bra. My one breast is smaller than the other. How can I make them bigger without any implants? Is eating any special kind of fruits or drinking milk would increase my breast size? Is there any creams I can rub on my breasts to make them big? My man loves my boobs But I would like them to be bigger. Does anyone know how I can make them bigger without implants?

I'm a 12 year old girl and I'm currently about 5'3". My mother is 5'4" and my father is 5"6. I have a brother that's 5'9" and a sister that's 5'6". I have been growing quite fast, but I have had a few irregular periods. My friend is telling me that since I started my period, I won't grow much more. True? False? I've been taking it for about a week. And I noticed the usual side effects like nausea and headaches sometimes, but the thing that's making me worried is that my breasts have become a little firmer? If i were to push down on them, there'd be a dull pain. It wasn't like this prior to me taking the pill. And they get itchy sometimes, usually around the nipple. And then, my nipples have become very sensitive. Is that normal? Or should I worry?

I have always been excellent at remembering things through out my whole life. Now, I sometimes have trouble remembering what someone told me yesterday. My

A couple of days ago my girlfriend started using this Q10 Night Cream from Nivea. She said it has been a year and a half that she used it. She remembers having some minor depression back then but she never thought it would be caused by a cream like this. Now, that she bought it again she is suffering from mild depression and headaches but she is not sure if the cream is actually doing this.

Anyone has had this problem or has heard of something like this?
