I haven't had my period for 4 months and counting. I've only had it once before and i haven't had it since. Is this normal since it's probably still irregular? I am not sexually active. At all. Ever.

That's normal. It happened to me when I was first got my period; it's possible for your period to come and then go away, normally when you first get it. Don't worry, it'll come back; if you're still worried, ask your mom or doctor.
Or it could be some type of hormone imbalance.

When girls first start menstruating it is very common for them to be irregular. I'm not sure how old you are, so I don't know if it is a big deal. If you are very concerned or if you are 16 or older, see your doctor. I would also ask your mother about her experience with periods at your age.

It depends on how old you are. If you are just going through puberty, it takes a while for your cycle to regulate. It can also depend on how much body fat you have. If you are an athlete, with low body fat, it is very common for women to not have regular cycles. I would recommed you make an appointment with a GYN to discuss this. Good luck!

if you are an athlete and have very low body fat this is normal...if not you need to go see your OBGYN.
